At check in was given room cards to find out someone was already in that suite. I specially reserved a handicapped accessible suite. However apparently that room was given to someone else. The "kitchen " in the suite is nothing but a wet bar with no plates,glassware or utensils. Kinda disappointed in the overall experience for the price i paid for a deluxe suite.

Quiet and comfortable. Great staff!

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the night, our room was incredibly quiet and we got great rest in the comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again!

The room was very worn looking with sheets that were old and stained. The walls had damaged areas. The room had a dog and cigarette smell. The hotel and area should not be rated as high as it is. The one good thing was that the front desk staff were very nice and friendly. I have stayed here before and it has definitely gone down hill and I will not be staying here again.

American owned and operated with pride- still not sure how they do it, excellent breakfast but also a happy hour of drinks and food is all included in the price of the room. Friendly, clean and we will be back
