Execelente cadena de Hoteles muy limpios y atentos con el cliente. Desayuno gratis y a las 5:30 pm hay una opción de cena gratis con un menú limitado pero es una opción si lo quieres tomar . Está ubicado frente a un mall con tiendas y feria de comida rápida. Lo recomiendo

There was a man on his hands and knees waiting to jump out at us when we came out of our room. He said “I’m trying to find something” and started to come in my door. I slammed it shut and said no. I tried to call for help, the phone was not working. I used my cell to guest services and told them we felt unsafe leaving our room. They said they’d send security. 11 minutes later I called again and told the manager to come get us immediately as we wanted an escort and we were leaving the hotel. They had put us in a corner room. No cameras available. Phone didn’t work. I filed a report.

Cleanliness was sub-par. Mold in the shower, found a handful of stray hairs in the room. Every inch of carpet was dirty. Lobby and elevator floors were wet at all times because of all the people walking around from the indoor pool. Every person that we talked to that worked there was SO sweet but that was the only good part we experienced. You can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms and the MASSIVE SPOTLIGHT in the parking lot shone into our room and nothing could block the light out.

Surprise!! You've got a new customer!!!

What a surprise. We did not know that Drury Inn offers dinner, drinks and breakfast. We checked in at 6:50 pm and the hotel clerk quickly gave us the information and we were able to race to the dinning room, get our free dinner, 2 free drinks and saved a ton of money.

Beware! They double charged me at a higher rate. They will over charge you if you pay at the property through a third party. Luckily they refunded but only after I caught it. One of the staff was unprofessional told me to contact a manager, just go by the kitchen? I said that's not my job it's your job to fix it when I check out. Always pay before you get there! The manager can't do basic accounting. Smh. On top of that, we couldn't use not one towel or wash cloth. They all had stains as if they were not washed properly. We always prepare for that but get new towels sheesh! This was not the first time this has happened. The bed and bathroom were cleaned. The pool area is over run with kids all day. But we expect that. It's a family hotel. Like everyone says it smells like weed even on the outside. Staff are nice and it's a convenient location. The dinner and drinks are a plus. The new dining/ bar area is a nice addition. I would stay again.
