The price of the room was changed on me. It was shown on Expedia as being $76/night and I was charged $102 and $110 which is a big difference in price. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation for the price change and I had to contact Expedia and was told that the hotel wasn’t going to change the price or refund the difference. That’s a crazy bait and switch in my opinion. Be careful when you book your stay at this location

Everything was fine on checkin and we we’re great on the way into our room. Sat on the bed and thought it was a bit hard but wee left for dinner came. Ack went to bed. The bed had a horrible squeak. Every time you would move. My poor husband was up and down all night and now has the worst back ache!! He hasn’t had back pain in years. I mentioned it upon checking out the young lady apologized and said have a nice day. We were so disappointed that we were not offered any kind of compensation for his pain. We truly hope that they replaced the mattress for the next guest!!

Nice hotel

we went down for a family event in Charlotte and stayed at the Fairfield Inn. The price was reasonable. I had my 2 teenage granddaughters with me. We were gone during the day but we enjoyed the pool in the evening. Room cleaning/restocking is only every other day, but we managed.
