impressed with the spacious lobby, person at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I had early departure so I didn't get to test the breakfast but all in all it was a very comfortable night

The hotel lacked a security lock, and a homeless person knocked on our door asking for money. I immediately called the front desk, but no one responded or came to assist. He continued knocking for about seven minutes before leaving. When I later stepped out, I saw him lingering near the hotel entrance. This situation felt very unsafe and alarming

La propiedad ha bajado de nivel. Hace anos que vengo usando este hotel por cuestiones de trabajo. No se si cambiaron de manager o de dueno, pero no es el mismo hotel y cada vez peor. Estuve 3 noches y no me quisieron limpiar la habitacion, ni siquiera un dia, solo cambiaron las toallas y porque lo pedi en reiteradas ocaciones . Tuve que cambiar de habitacion el primer dia porque estaba todo roto, lampara, porta shapoo, etc no tenia silla ni plancha. Me cambiaron sin problema, el muchacho de la resepcion me pidio disculpas, pero fue una perdida de tiempo. Tambien hay mucho olor a mariguana en los pasillos y los fin de semanas alquilan el salon de conferencias y es un desastre el tema ruido hasta muy tarde y el ambiente que se crea (alcohol, olor a mariguana, etc) No me gusto para nada.

I am sure DHS was hiding illegals at this hotel. They were all over the place like a pack of wiild animals. Democrat operatives were registering them to vote on the lobby. I'm sure this is playing out all over the country. Just wanted to let people know qhat's going on with our tax money. Half your paycheck is being wotheld to house and feed illegals so the dems can use them for an extra 20 million votes in teo months.

The room was clean the staff was ffiendly. The plumbing was noisy and heard pipe noises all night, and the walls are paper thin. The person next door snoring kept us up all night long. I ask for a king room when I made my reservation and the staff put me in a double bed.
