Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money

DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. Went back to front desk and requested a refund. The person on duty was very nice and was not confrontational. The only issue was i had to contact Expedia so he could get the “ok” to cancel our reservation. I contacted them right then and put the on the phone with the hotel and he was able to cancel reservation and I got a refund.
