I would not recommend
Due to the location, it is quite loud outside which you can hear if your room faces the front of the hotel. AC wasn't working in the lobby so not a very comfortable environment especially when trying to have a drink at the bar. I was Charged two $42.00 valet fees for an overnight stay even though I confirmed during check in should have been one 42.00 fee. I have called multiple times and have been unable to reach anyone. I would not recommend this hotel.

Most staff friendly and helpful but when had a power outage in room did not have helpful staff. Property itself very clean but ourside lots of people and homeless people, felt unsafe at times, felt it could have used security at front doors. Maintenance needs to be either on site at all times or on call at all times- as i had a power outage and told Maintenance doesn't come in till 8am

The hotel itself was just ok for the price! They charged me $90 for incidentals and $42 for parking, the $90 will be refunded after checkout, I was not aware of these charges until after I checked in and living on a tight budget this put me in a tight spot money wise and put me in a tight spot on my meals Maybe I didn’t read the details on the hotels policies but I will not be staying there again

I wanted to let you know that I am deeply disappointed in the fact that we were charged $42 to park our car at the hotel and I was not given any advanced notice. It is customary for the hotel you are staying at to provide and voucher for parking...especially in hotel that charged $250/night for an outdated hotel with poor bedding, heating, and a disgusting breakfast. Kudos to the front desk attendant, and hotel valet. Very disappointed to say the least!

I paid Valet $40 to flatten my tire.
The room is not up to par with what a Hyatt House typically looks like. The bathroom had mildew in the shower tiles. Those things were minor though. During my entire stay I didn't drive. Valet moved my car closer so I could put my suitcase into the car while I ate. They moved it to the sidewalk. Then upon my car returning to me It had a screw in the tire. My tire was so flat with an air pressure of only 11 out of 33. They didn't offer to waive my valet fee or anything just made me to feel that it was my fault and it was impossible that they rolled over a screw claiming I hit the screw when I rolled off the sidewalk where they parked the car. He didn't offer an apology or anything just kept blaming me and told me I could have enough air to get to a tire shop.

Great location. We were in town for a concert and only needed to walk like 3 minutes next door. The hotel Itself was clean and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay again.

Valet service was good, but pricey. Mattress in first room was beyond its useful age, with deep trenches in it that made it difficult to sleep. Moved to a different room, mattress good. One food and drink employee was unpleasant, but otherwise all employees were excellent.
