Adrian went above and beyond!!
My daughter, two granddaughters and myself drove 3 hours to Charlotte to attend the Southern Christmas Show. We were going to arrive late, so I called to let someone know that we would be be late. Adrian answered and assured me that there was no problem! He said that he would be there until 11 and was looking forward to our visit. When we arrived he greeted us with a smile and efficiently gave us our room assignment! He explained about the parking, breakfast etc. I laughingly told him that I was in a brain fog for being on the road for so long, and repeated his directions about the parking back to him to be sure that I understood. He said " I'll tell you what-- I will meet you on the 5th floor of the parking deck and show exactly where the park". He did just that! He actually beat us up to the parking area and guided us into our parking space like someone at the airport. He was fantastic and did everything with a smile! I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Adrian for making our stay special!

This was my first time traveling alone. Checking in and checking out was easy. I hate that I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked me and out. Very friendly and professional. He made me feel welcome. Very helpful. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using this hotel when I return. My son moved to Charlotte a year ago. So I will be returning soon. Thanks again for making this experience easy for me!

We came in to Worship and Praise with Maverick City Music at the Spectrum which was in walking distance. Staff was above exceptional! Breakfast was amazing and staff was awesome.

$25 parking fee???
The only thing that was bad was being charged 25 for parking. The only olace to park is the attached parking deck, and they charge an additional 25to park in it. Should be free for paying guests.

Maid did not clean my room before checking in. Went to the bathroom and noticed it hadn’t been flushed. It was full and stopped up. Called front desk they brought me a plunger for me to take care of a problem that was left there before I checked in. Not happy. Normally Hampton inn is pretty reliable but this one is below average.

Ugh!
It was the worst checkin ever. They said we checked in late so we weren't able to get a key. We had to wait til 8a to get a key from the manager. Otherwise we had to ask to be let in our room by staff. The first room we were sent to was actually dirty from someone else's stay (unmade beds, trash on table, towels all over bathroom), 2nd room we were sent to was a single bed ( booked 2 queen beds (staying with my dad)), finally got it right on the 3rd try. Staff was nice though. Wont be staying here again, ever!
