The stay was nice. The staff was support friendly. The only negative was the cost of the parking even for guests. It should be free or a set price for all the nights. I did like the location because a lot activities I did were walkable.
Room was simple and nothing special. The room would get humid and muggy. Thank goodness they had a window and that fresh air made it simple to cool down. Pillows are too soft. Need more blankets in the room. Staff are top notch. Always helpful and super friendly.
This property is convenient for much of Charlottes entertainment scene, however the rooms are unpleasantly noisy from thin windows, allowing all of the night hustle to become a part of your stay, making it difficult to enjoy a nights sleep.
I was able to check in a little early, and was given the most appropriate room. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is well-kept and quiet. It is very convenient walk to Spectrum Arena (I was there for a Charlotte Hornets game). I definitely plan to stay here again.
I liked that I could park in the garage myself for $25 instead of expensive valet. The hotel is across from NASCAR Hall of Fame and walkable distances to the places we wanted to go. The staff is friendly, the view I had was great, room was clean as well! I left my daughter’s birthday cake in my room when checking out and the front desk associate held it for me.
