Some issues

I will get straight to the point. The two issues I had with this place are this; (1) we arrived to a room with a clogged sink. Due to the time of our arrival we couldn’t get that fixed till the following morning which made things like brushing teeth and washing hands problematic. Second (2), we discovered that at some point prior to us, someone had bleed and left a large blood spot on the mattress. Dried or not, that’s not something that should just be covered with a new mattress cover and left there. The entire mattress should’ve been replaced. We told the front desk about it and they agreed as well as stated we’d get some portion of a refund. Though I don’t believe we ever got that.

The property was great. What I disliked was Expedia. They made my check-in a nightmare. I urge everyone to stay away from booking through Expedia and call the hotels directly. Do not use 3rd party booking services.
