The stay was nice. Parking is super crowded. There’s not much around it, so you have to drive to get to things. DoorDash was on point. Room was nice and cozy, the door to the bathroom is not my favorite. It’s a sliding door with no track on the bottom so it swings wildly. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Phenomenal Hampton Visit

The place was clean. Great hospitality and customer service. It's very close to restaurants, the airport and shuttle. It's $10 per night for parking-which is quite affordable. I will definitely visit again.

I have never felt compelled to post a review about a Hilton property before but the attitudes of the staff members here are the reason. The property is very clean but the negativity is present from desk staff to shuttle driver. So much so that my party decided unanimously to not partake in the free breakfast. Never experienced this at a Hilton property before and hope i never do again. Running into other guests in the hallways commenting about how unhelpful desk staff was also compelled me to write this because it made me realize that it wasn't just me being overtired. Hilton- retrain or find folks who like to assist people. You seem to have it figured out in other locations.

Efficient airport stay

Brand new hotel with a nice gym including a peloton bike, lots of weights, kettlebells, and other equipment. Room was a good size. Bed super comfortable and large walk in shower. Breakfast was decent with fruit, eggs, meats, grits, oatmeal, breads, and waffles. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were all very nice and efficient.

Convenient location to airport. I find this side of the hotel to be much more quiet than the conjoined sister hotel. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy. They do charge for parking as an FYI. Stay here every time I fly out of CLT.
