Everything booked by Expedia will never get more that 1 star. Would give them less if they would offer a half star. Not sure they deserve half a star. Their business model is just give us your money and we don’t give a damn after we have your money.

I had to book a room due to a canceled flight. I called to try to.set up the shuttle service. The night desk staff was rude on the phone. Spoke to me like I was stupid. Like i was supposed to know what the procedure was for the shuttle services. I couldn't hear good because I was at the airport and she got an attitude because I couldn't hear. Then when I got to the hotel she was rude in person after I already had issues with my flight. I will not ever stay there again if i have another layover in Charlotte.

Room was nice except for tub in the bathroom got stopped up. Water wouldn't drain out. Breakfast was poor. . Kielbasa sausage, egg omelette, home fries not done. Poor selection. Don't stay on the 4th floor in back of the hotel, every 5 minutes an airplane went by. Difficult to sleep.

Wonderful stay. Staff did everything thru could yo make us comfortable. Parked our car there for 15 days with no problems. Staff was very friendly and willing to please. Have us a later checkout so we could sleep in later after a late flight. Lovely hotel.

What a great hotel if you have a layover at Charlotte airport. It’s about a five minute shuttle bus ride from the airport. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. And the morning breakfast was delicious. I’ll be recommending this to my travel agency clients in the future.
