Unprofessional Staff

The check-in staff was friendly and extremely helpful no complaints there. However, the staff at time of check-out had a terrible attitude and was definitely not friendly. The shuttle staff was not friendly but I'm assuming he was just doing his job. He took me to the airport and dropped me off, did not help me with my bags and refused to take me earlier. I called the front desk at 4:00am and asked for a shuttle she told he could not take me earlier even though when I walked down to the lobby he was sitting in the lobby on his phone. Overall, the front desk personnel's attitude was terrible and very unprofessional.

The breakfast was good, lots of options. Coffee was excellent. Because of the location there was only one restaurant within walkable distance. There were decent snacks available at the hotel though. Most of the staff were nice and helpful.
