Overall our stay here was fine , our hotel room needed a little more time when it came to cleaning. We saw a few random pieces of dog food around the room. Counter tops were sticky , small things like that.
I checked in on a Thursday and stayed until the following Monday. During this time, not once did my room get any maid service despite the maids knowing I was in that room. Yes I could have notified the front desk but why should I have to in the first place. The complimentary breakfast was limited and to be honest, the hot selections were not exactly appetizing, especially the sliced pieces of sausage swimming in a vat of grease! The location was good for the purpose of my visit but that’s about all.
The initial room was in horrible condition, smelled like cigarettes, and was not serviceable. I was moved to another suite that was also disgusting and smelled even worse. The bathroom was dirty as well as the janky refrigerator. I checked out a day early because it was so bad.
Clean, large bathroom in our room, comfy bed, convenient to the restaurant we wanted to try and great shopping. Also, the price was right!

I would recommend this hotel. The towels were thick and absorbant. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The beds were comfortable. The location was quiet yet centrally located. We lived having a private living room with a kitchenette and private separate bedroom. The a/c ran relatively quiet as well.
We had two TV's one remote had one battery and the other remote batteries were dead. The front desk had no batteries, so I requested they go to an empty room and get batteries. They were reluctant to do this and suggested I go to the store. Then we noticed the Shower attached Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were empty. The front desk said they had no supplies and we would need to change rooms. They gave us a room on a different floor - so we was a pain to move everything. The new room had another remote that was dead, but one did work.
Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they can’t control guests that are either smoking cigarettes or weed in the rooms…so much so the odor wreaks through the vents, elevator, hallways and guest room. We also had our room changed due to the mini fridge not working and the new room had the exact smoke odor.
Besides the smell, the breakfast buffet was subpar. Honestly the free coffee was the best amenity.
