Our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted good. The only issue we had was during check in, we had booked and paid in full 3 weeks in advance but when we went to check in we discovered the hotel had given away our room and they were “sold out”. After an hour of sitting in the lobby, they finally “found” a room for us and we were able to check in. This was especially frustrating as it was the middle of the night and we had just flown for about 5 hours.

Great place to stay
Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel was quiet even though it was full. Outlets on bathroom vanity did not work, so had to plug in hair dryer outside of bathroom. Breakfast was great. Had a very nice stay, would stay there again. Area surrounding is safe and beautiful. Restaurants close by.

Awful experience. I booked my hotel two nights in advance on Hotels.com. Two days later I go to check in at 3PM, I speak to a gentleman who says he will call me when my room is ready. An hour goes by, haven’t heard anything, so I just go back to see if I can check in. I now speak to a lady who tells me they never received any confirmation from my booking. I show her a screenshot on my phone of my booking confirmation but she tells me that is no help to her, so I figure that the booking never went through to them. So I book a new hotel in the area, have no issues checking in, later to find out I was charged from this Hotel as a no show even though they said they never received any confirmation on my reservation / booking. On top of that, the original guy I spoke to never called me to let me know that my room is ready, it has been 3 days and I am now out of the area. Currently trying to get a refund, overall, not the best experience.

The room was so humid and muggy that the carpet and bedding was wet. There were hairs in the sheets and dirt marks. The shower floor and surround looked like it had pink mold on it. The staff was very nice but I think I’ve stayed at Motel 6s nicer than this property.

Stayed 2nights. Women at front desk was rude, on phone where I could hear the whole conversation with Thomas going through custody, etc. putting them on hold politely making me feel a burden. And then saying the whole computer system went down having to come back later (in which it was already extremely late) Travelled 12 hours and wouldn’t give a late check out with no reason but she she “can’t “. Just very very off putting and NOT customer service friendly at all. I wouldn’t stay here again because of front desk women alone.

The property was very clean and accessible. Very quiet. The desk clerk that checked us in was not very helpful. We have an autistic son and they did not want to accomodate us having our rooms on the san floor. It was harrowing to have our child on a different floor. Thankfully, my brother was on that floor. Other than that, a very good stay.

They double charged me for one of the rooms that I had booked. Still have not heard back from a manager. In one of the three rooms the fridge did not work , and the AC was not working properly. We told front desk and told them again when we checked out. I love the hotel and will go back. Also the pool was ice cold from it being in the shade.

Josiah ( I think that's his name) was amazing. I work in a hotel as well and I have really high standards when it comes to customer service . He exceeded my expectation for customer service. He looked me in the eye and call me by my name. He was top notch to make sure I had a good stay/service
