The young man who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. The hotel lobby was beautiful, though the pumped-in scent was really strong. My room would have been absolutely perfect, except the panel to work the air condition and heat was not working. We were unable to control the temperature. I realized this when we arrived back in the room after the concert and sent a message for repair, but nobody came until the morning, and by that time, we were leaving.

Love the courtyard but...
No ice machine on my floor. You have the spot but decide to do only odd floors. You also charge $14 for parking. You have the space and no other parking options. You're not downtown either so why not include in room fee. Love the courtyard look and room was nice.

Terrible! The bed was low to the ground and the mattress was sunken in so much I almost fell out of the bed multiple times! The bathroom sink was disgusting and would clog with minimal water usage and took minutes to drain out, leaving a gross film behind. It was awful, I kept having to double check that it really was a Hilton I was staying in because it was so bad. Would not recommend!
