Airline model of up charges for everything

The staff was friendly and the location was good. Unfortunately, there's a reason why the nightly charge was relatively low. They charge for everything...$30 for early check in (we were there at 3:30 instead of 4:00), $12 for parking, $5 for a small cup of coffee, etc. The room was comfortable but it wasn't clean (lots of drips in front of the toilet, hair in the bathroom, etc.).

The air isn’t working. It’s hot in the room. The air won’t go lower than 72. The front desk said there’s nothing they can do except change rooms or let us come get a box fan. We have 5 people in two rooms but only one fan. Half our people are asleep already so we can’t change rooms and the way she explain how it works, it may not be any cooler in that room. We had to go all the way and get the fan ourselves and lug it back. I’m very disappointed in our stay.

It was very loud in the lobby and carried into the rooms. It was midnight and you could hear people running around and yelling in the lobby. Made it hard to sleep. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning wouldn’t cool room had to use box fans. Had a suite so not exactly what i expected for the price. The staff was outstanding and every other aspect just wasn’t able to have a good night sleep
