The location was great and some of the staff were nice, but the room wouldn't get cooler than 76 degrees. We asked someone to look at the AC, but no one came. They reduced our bill because of the issue and the fact that the staff members we reported it to didn't look up from his phone when my husband spoke to him. We appreciated the discount but won't be staying again; it wasn't worth the price.

Awesome stay!

During our stay at University, Hilton was very pleasant thanks to the front desk. Staff Rebecca and Brittany were amazing. I truly appreciate the guidance and support they showed during my daughter‘s graduation and John. The bartender was also wonderful.
