While the property is nice, renovated, and the rooms very spacious, and the front desk personnel were great, but they need to work on some things: getting into the garage and then into the hotel is challenging and the printed info and the signage in the garage are sorely lacking. There was no shampoo in the dispenser (and I was already in the shower), the handle plate was loose, and a friend's room had no bath towels. They need better parking instructions (printed and verbal) and better signage (with arrows!) in the garage.

A room with no heat
It was a terrible stay. Very clean but I had no heat the whole night which mean I didn’t sleep well. Left the heat well over 70 to be warm upon my return. It was still cold. Put the temp on 83 and it never got warm the whole night.

Walking distance to the stadium, restaurants, Whole Foods, and across the street from the NASCAR hall of fame. Would have appreciated free breakfast if it was offered.

Perfect location for our stay
We had a wonderful room on the 15th floor and it was extremely quiet, clean and very comfortable. The tv in the sitting room was missing, but it was just the two of us so not a big deal. Our room locked us out the morning of checkout, but front desk clerk and maintenance were swift to solve the issue. Breakfast extremely average, would probably look for another spot for the price of breakfast at the hotel.
