I came in town for my birthday/St Patrick’s day. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They even upgraded my room for free and waived the parking fee for my birthday! Room was nice, clean and big. I will definitely be staying again.

I had a great experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Charlotte Uptown. From check-in to check-out, Laterice and Maliek apart of the Guest Service team was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The front desk staff made sure we had everything needed, and they were always available to answer any questions. My room was clean and well-maintained, and any requests I had were handled quickly. I appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great hospitality!
