Staff was incredibly rude, they would not give me sheets to replace my own sheets without having me come down and I am sick so I sent my 19-year-old son down and they refused him sheets and then called the law on us which I find absolutely shocking since I’ve never been in trouble before in my life. I think you need to discuss some things with the manager there he has serious issues like anger issues. Getting the cops called because of sheets? Questionable I will definitely be posting on multiple sites about the core management and hospitality I received. Jessica McAlister

We were traveling and arrived late in the evening . The person at the desk was very nice. The lobby and hallways (1st & 3rd floor) smelled like marijuana. We entered our room and it smelled strongly of air freshener. Because it was so late and we were so tired we decided not to say anything. After we had settled in I took off my shoes and realized the carpet was damp. I’m assuming an animal was in the room and the smell and wet carpet was a by-product of that. It was bad. Again, we had been on the road for 12 hours and it was almost 1 am and we were just too tired to move to another room. I woke up with a bad headache from the smell. I really regret not switching. It’s ironic because they have literature all over that says “breathe easy.” Not possible. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the bed was comfortable and the people were nice but I will never go back.

Place needs cleaning and updating. Carpet frayed. Clump of hair in the bathtub. Dirty floor. Toilet seat was old, stained and peeling. Pool was closed for the season but had not been emptied or covered so it was just green, slimy and filled with floating debris. It was not a horrible place. I didn't feel like I needed to leave and I have seen worse. But at $173 a night I would never have expected this. I won't be back to any Comfort Inn if this is what makes it through their QA process.

I would stay here again the staff and property was nice the only thing is the coffee could be way better. That’s minor…Guest need to stop littering when there are trash cans everywhere to put waste! The area had plenty to do and eat. Atmosphere was very quiet!!!
