Work trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with some variety across days. Board games in the lobby in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Sprouts and two restaurants in the same parking lot. Would stay again.

It was fine. Not as close to Charlotte as we thought it was going to be. The people were nice and the area was nice. Our AC did not work and we had worms in our room. I don’t think I can add pictures to this review or I would.

I went through a lot at this hotel from them, giving my room away to someone else waiting over three hours to be put in a room that did not accommodate my disability. I requested a handicap assessable room and they gave it to someone else and I had to downsize into a regular room that did not, accommodate my disability to being locked out of my room because the door battery died being told to pack all of my things that they were gonna put me in the new room. They did not put me in a new room in the same room. This is the worst holiday that I’ve ever attended , I asked housekeeping to come in my room. They went in there anyway it’s so much that occurred on this trip but I do not recommend this place.

I reserved and paid for in advance a room with a king size bed. They only had a room with two queen size beds when I arrived. The person at the counter said they had overbooked and that was all they had available. I was thinking that's why you reserve ahead of time...so they would save your room.
