Bed was very comfortable. Also everytime we travel i always have to bring our own Dove soap because of my eczema but to our surprise all the products were Dove. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

when we arrived at the hotel there were hoses all over the entrance with no signs. then an employee appeared 15 minutes later and started to power watch the front. there were no signs for our safety and we had to pick up our luggage to get into the front door. very hazzarous.

Great location and stay

Great location and it’s walking distance to Sprouts, Publix, and Walgreens. The staff was wonderful. Housekeeping came by everyday which I noticed hasn’t been the norm since COVID for some hotels. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the highway depending on the traffic. It’s about 25 minutes minimum from the city center which isn’t bad. Location is surrounded by beautiful trees. My room faced the road but it wasn’t noisy at all. I couldn’t hear the traffic and it didn’t disrupt my sleep. Breakfast was available but I didn’t eat it because I had food from Sprouts but I liked that it was available! There are board games and space to work remote in the hotel lobby. The staff gave me a goodie bag with water and treats upon check-in which was so sweet. Overall, I recommend. Also, Ballantyne is a lovely area.
