Came to town to celebrate my birthday!!!!! What a wonderful stay. Easy check in/check out, clean room with Dove products and a nice ambiance. The most impressive part of my stay was the Hotel Personnel. Emani was professional and customer friendly the entire stay. She is simply amazing!

Poor Customer Service!!!

Never greeted from the staff when entering the hotel. The day of my arrival front desk clerk (guy) complicated my preferred card payment made for booking reservations. He added additional charges to my credit card and forced my card to cancel the transaction. So I had to use my bank debit card for the entire payment due. I never had a hotel to bill my debit card upfront before the departure check out date. Very bad miss practicing at that hotel.i will never trust no other Holiday Inn Express again. The house keeping service wasn't to my satisfactory either.
