I would not recommend
I booked a hotel room for a family member who needed to evacuate, but they ended up being relocated somewhere closer to home. When I tried to cancel the reservation, no one at the hotel would answer the phone—it just kept ringing. I made multiple attempts to contact them to confirm the cancellation and understand their policy, but I got no response. I even reached out to Hotels.com for assistance, but they informed me twice that my refund request was denied. Neither my family member nor I could stay there, and the hotel’s lack of compassion shows that they only care about getting money, nothing else.

Very friendly staff. There are several types of lighting providing a cozy atmosphere. This hotel has a refrigerator and a microwave which is hard to come by any more. This would be my go to every time I'm in town if only it was easier to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel has one way in and out on a very busy road but if you can be patient it is worth the inconvenience.
