They were rude at checkout time while I was waiting on my Uber saying that they have guests so that I needed to move even though I had just been a guest and was waiting on my ride there was roaches in the room and for the amount of money I paid to stay there and then brand of the hotel I was highly disappointed I will not be staying there again and the manager who is the older black lady maybe in her mid 30s or 40s was terribly rude and unprofessional

It was very disappointing upon arrival that the pool was closed. There was nothing indicating that online when I booked it. We were traveling with a 3 and 5 year old that wanted to swim. I purposely didn't book at a hotel with no pool. Then our television didn't work. It was 4 hours before that got fixed. Then in the morning, 2 of us got showers, but the shower quit working before the 3d person could get one. The room otherwise was very spacious and comfortable.

Would not recommend.
Stains everywhere in room. Bugs appeared during the night in the kitchenette and bathroom. I killed 10+ in one bathroom trip. I was so grossed out I couldn’t sleep. The two receptionist were so nice. The quality and cleanliness of this hotel was very concerning. Would not stay here again.

We booked an extra day solely to swim at the hotel. Unfortunately the whole time we were there they had a sign up stating no one could swim so I gave 3 stars if it wasn’t for that I would give 5.

great place to stay with a family
This was a last minute purchase, but it was an awesome location from where we needed to be in charlotte. stayed two nights. the room had a full size frig, real plates, dishwasher, two full beds and pull out couch which was perfect for our family of 5. breakfast was great. staff was great. the pool was closed, but they had grills right off the pool area. the only complaint was the door was swollen so in order to close it you had to slam it which was loud.

Staff was Fantastic! Very helpful. Good amenities. Hotel rooms need updating. My room had a odor like stinky feet. The carpet had alot of stains. The air conditioner was very loud as loud as air vents in halls.

There were dirty towels left in our room when we checked in. It was really gross. The bed sheet had hair so in it. The showers had hair all on the shampoo and conditioner bottles. On top of that, the containers were empty.

I loved the room location and breakfast but was very disappointed about out of service indoor pool I chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool my kids love to spend time in the pool during out family trips

Hilton goes downhill, do not stay at this hotel.
front desk people nice and friendly, Dominique is GM, corporate owned and she does not double check rooms for cleanliness and lots of hairs on floor in bath and kitchen and they do not care nor will clean room after you tell them of problem. Also, cold water in shower, they do not care nor offer any discount or refund. Brown Recluse Spider in room, they switched rooms and again hairs on floor in corners and they do not double check or care. GM will not give refund nor discount, she argued with me and said I was showing same pics, same spots not cleaned properly. Would not give refund nor discount. they only argue with you if you complain. Goodbye Hilton Honors - tired of not being treated as a valued customer - hilton does not stand by their own policy to take care of you or give you a refund. Hotel and Corporate would not give refund. Hello Marriott, goodby Hilton - screw you, you do not care and do not take care of customers.

First room the air conditioner was leaking all over the rug. Second room the kitchen sink didn't drain and the garbage disposal didn't work. 3rd room none of the drawers would stay closed. The pool did not work out entire stay. The what should have been hot breakfast was cold. We contacted Hotels.com to try and change our hotel and we were told we would have to find another hotel on our own but we booked this months ago and now the rates were double.
