I really liked how big the rooms were, the safety of needing a card to go up to the rooms, the 3ft pool on the 2nd floor was great for the children. It was convenient in location most of the activities were in walking distance. The breakfast menu for the weekend I went was pretty good. Overall great stay, the only thing I didn't care for was the bedding.The mattress and pillows weren't at the most quality compared to other hotels I've stayed. It felt like a cruise cabin bedroom.

Absolutely Amazing

My stay at this establishment was absolutely phenomenal. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile, outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I’ve travelled many places and have not to this date met an employee who was truly dedicated to providing an incredible experience. Provided outstanding customer service, knowledge beyond measure and compassion for my family and myself due to the passing my brother. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and if someone tried I don’t think they would have close to the employee by the name of Tina. She assisted with my early check in. Provided a room with an amazing view. Explained in full detail all the accommodations the hotel had to offer throughout my stay. I was provided with everything I needed and so much more. I can’t explain in words how much I appreciated what she did for my family and I. I hope the company recognizes what an amazing employee they have in Tina. I hope they give her a standing ovation for the level of service she provides with care to every customer. However, in this moment I’m speaking of me. Thank you Tina for all you have done during my time in Charlotte. It was a difficult moment due to the passing of my brother and you made the stay memorable in such a positive way. 🙏🙏 RP. Peebles

Best Hotel stay ever

I can’t be more than happy, one if not the first hotel that I ever stayed at that it was impeccable, I always carry Clorox and Lysol to clean the bathroom and furniture areas for my kids and also spray Lysol on the sheets for extra protection but I didn’t need to in this hotel (I did it anyway to have a peace of mind) I meet Maria the lady that cleans the suites and ask her for an extra paper towel since I forgot to bring one and I did thank her personally for her hard work and of course I tipped her when I check out, I’m definitely staying here again, this was a Father’s Day gift to watch Real Madrid live and my family enjoyed the game and the stayed at the hotel.
