The staff here is absolutely top notch! We had a minor issue in our room that was handled immediately. The breakfast bar was also a big hit with the kiddos. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool that started at 3ft - it allowed our youngest to touch the bottom. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast good (better than most "complimentary" breakfasts I've had, staff friendly, and parking plentiful. I didn't love the pillows, wish I would have brought my own. Overall everything was great!

Our stay was amazing. Our room had to be downsized, due to a situation beyond their control. Jasmine and her manager Theresa were very apologetic. They made accommodations to make our stay comfortable. Jasmine is an awesome representative for that hotel. She rocks.

We thought the breakfast buffet could have used individual milk and juice or a machine. For the cost f the stay and create cross contamination issues, it should not be a container of milk and juice that each person pours out of

Our only complaint is the fact that a night light was installed at the entry to the toilet. This came on automatically when it got dark. As far as we could tell, there was no way to switch this off. We like a dark room to sleep. This bright night light made that difficult.
