Unreliable shuttle

You have to call to order the shuttle, which I knew before booking, however I did expect the shuttle to be sent when requested; it was not. First, it took several calls to reach the front desk. I was told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes, but 45 minutes later, there was still no shuttle, so I got in a cab, paying $25 to get to the hotel. I was tired, and as a result of my experience, frustrated and not friendly on arrival. Whether coincidence or punishment, I was given room 411, which has two flood lights shining into the windows all night. Next time, I will just book a hotel that runs its shuttle on a schedule so I don't start my trip on a bad foot.

There was no microwave in the room. Stains on carpet and couch. My head almost touched the bathroom ceiling. Weird. Very old facility. Staff was very nice!

Comfortable and clean room.

Great room and comfortable bed. Clean and spacious room. They charge per night for parking. I will not book this hotel again because of the charge for parking. Shuttle driver was prompt and helpful.

The hotel was fine. The problem was the parking. The whole reason we decided to stay at a hotel was to avoid parking at the airport and use the shuttle service. Expedia did not make it clear that they charge you per night for parking. Just as much as it costs down the road at Park-n-Go. Disappointing to stay at an okay hotel and pay just as much for parking.

The phone number provided for the airport shuttle rang busy consistently. Finally called the national line and they were able to get through. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing and the hotel is in desperate need of a refresh.
