The hotel staff were wonderful. I didn’t get to stay due to Expedia software and their software not connecting which was very frustrating to have occur at midnight but I don’t think it was the hotel staff

Pleasant stay
The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious; added seating area with a sofa. Our room included beautiful view of the city. The A/C was out in the lobby area but they did have portable units throughout which kept the area cool. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt and pasties. Must say their Coffee was great. The only cons are Uber /lyft drivers had difficulty finding our hotel since there’s a back road to the entrance and the walls between our room and next door was thin enough to hear each other.

Photos looked nice, but the reality of the room did not match them. The room was clean, but overall the room felt outdated, in decor, paint, TV, and especially the bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom makes no sense whatsoever. It's obvious it was an upgrade, but the setback of the original faucet was not taken into consideration and the new faucet does not have the proper reach. It was impossible to use the sink without having your hands touch the edge of the sink basin, the water barely clears the edge of the counter.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have stayed here on several occasions and the quality of the hotel has not declined. I had no problems with checking in or checking out.

What they don’t tell you is it is valet parking so it costs $17 daily and $38 overnight. It’s not worth it since other hotels include parking in their prices.
