Ok for the location, value wasn’t there.

The breakfast room was so incredibly hot. It was unbearable. We didn’t car it was being renovated but when we couldn’t breathe due to the stifling heat wave inside when it was 40 outside it was awful. Pictures show a pool online. This was not good for explaining to children there was no pool.
