Friendly staff. Extended our stay after the conference so we could get some rest and it worked out great, breakfast was good. Several options hot or cold, juice water and coffe available all the time… lobby and guest service staff was very good. Friendly staff. Parking is valet only and will cost you about $35. A day or larger vehicles like vans or large SUV cost you $45 a day. Would stay here again.

The Air conditioning in the room was the loudest I have ever experienced and woke us up each time it came on. The sound was that of an industrial HVAC unit. It's time to freshen the property and provide much better signage and direction when you enter the building lobby...the hotel starts on the 10th floor and it's a hassle waiting for one of the two elevators that serve the entire hotel. I expect better of a property in this price range. The staff and breakfast were very good.

We stayed at this hotel because it was within easy walking distance to the stadium which we were going to for a concert. The room was decent enough for a night. We didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool or fitness center, so I can’t comment on them. However, I think they must be understaffed, because we waited for some time until a valet was available to park our car (it’s valet only fyi) and when we had a question for the front desk staff we called and no answer the first time, second time a girl answered, put us on hold and then never came back to the line. Speaking of phones, our phone in the room didn’t work and only operated if it was on speaker. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, but when we pulled the extra sheets down for the couch bed we only had one flat sheet and two pillowcases. The big positive for us was its vicinity to the stadium. But we would probably not stay again

This hotel was very nice, but undergoing rennovations. The lobby and toilets (other than your room bathroom) were closed. You could work out, but would have to go back to your room. The staff were wonderful. Room and bathroom were clean. We could walk to everything.

This property is an easy walk to the Spectrum Center and made for a super convenient landing after a fun show. Breakfast is great and the rooms and spaces are clean and comfortable. The hotel is also currently renovating some areas that will make it even nicer.
