Out of town from Atlanta and booked this place for a quick weekend trip to catch a concert at the PNC Music Pavilion and I'm so glad I did ! Check in was as easy as it gets - check in at the desk or you can check in on your phone . The room was extremely clean and spacious and the beds were super comfortable 👌. Loved the bathroom - that shower was the absolute best , I honestly could've stayed in that thing for an hour . Grabbing a drink and a bite before catching the show was pretty easy as the hotel offers a full bar and there are walkable surrounding resturants. We also really appreciated that the hotel had snacks and drinks for purchase at the front desk because late night snacks after a show are a must haha ! This place was great ! Associates were kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here . I'll absolutely book this property again and look forward to staying here for the next concert we catch in Charlotte.

We stayed the night if a powerful storm, we lost power the majority of our stay and no accommodations or refund was offered. The front desk staff was nice but overwhelmed
