Clean, friendly but beware of hidden fees.
At check in, our price went up drastically to what i was told my total amount would be at check-in. I always make sure to read the fine print, however there security deposit is not listed. On top of that, they dont take cash. Again, not listed anywhere. 8 hours away from home& no access to a bank to deposit money made it quite inconvenient. If it wouldnt have been for another damily member, we would have had to cancel our trip. We were also told at check-in we would receive free breakfast, but then was charged for breakfast-i had to make sure to check every day of our 7 day stay. Place was very clean, beds i didnt care for at all but thats my preference. Had absolutely no problems with staff until overnight- everytime i went out to smoke, i had to beat on the doors continuously to be let in again due to the girl working sleeping on the couch. QUITE inconvenient.

Good location, clean hotel.
Hyatt place typically does not disappoint. The hotel is what you would expect from this chain. Location had lots of restaurants around, check-in and check-out were fast. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff was curteous.

It’s a good hotel, in a good area with very friendly staff, but it has 3 problems that turn it into a cheap motel. 1. The cutout toilet seat, just what you would expect in a motel, not in a good hotel. 2. The eater has no pressure at all, so it takes forever to be able to shower or clean anything. 3. Good pillows but extremely small, they seem like half pillows. All this things are obviously done to save money, and clearly they care more about saving a buck than about the comfort of their guests.

I didnt know breakfast wasnt free. It was for years. Trash cans were full everywhere, pool wasnt clean, free cold coffee , as i was leaving a man shouted at me, hey what room you leaving , as i m checking out, and then yelled at the house keeping, room xxx, can be next

We have stayed at this property multiple times because we love the area and how quiet it is however at our most recent stay we were charged almost double what we have normally paid and the breakfast is no longer free, they now charge $8 per person which would not have been a problem had the woman working there not been so rude when letting us know. When we walked up there she had the worst attitude which really took us aback because normally the staff is so friendly, definitely not the service we are used to there. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

The room and the entire hotel is very clean. Service and check-in we're seamless. We were staying here to escape the floods in Western NC and this bed and room was comfortable and welcoming. Even though it was full to capacity it remain very quiet and peaceful
