This hotel is fabulous. It is a newer hotel so everything is clean, bright and fresh. The service was great. The staff were friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Charlotte and so many good restaurants, bars, and entertainment are easily within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great facility and location. The one way road in front of hotel has been shifted from 3 lanes to 2 and it is really hard for staff to get cars in and out because traffic backs up. A city issue. The lighting in the rooms is really dim, especially at night. We had a great visit, though, and would definitely come back!!

Our recent stay at JW Marriott in North Carolina was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment we checked in, Clarisse provided outstanding service, she was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even walking us to the elevator. In the Executive Lounge, Amelia welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to chat added a personal touch that was much appreciated. When our flight was canceled due to a storm, we rebooked with the hotel and arrived around midnight. To our surprise, Clarisse greeted us again with the same genuine smile and top-notch service, truly remarkable! On our way out, Jaylen helped us with our luggage and was incredibly polite and kind. Kudos to JW Marriott for an exceptional team that truly knows how to make guests feel valued and welcome. We look forward to returning!
