Great place for a weekend staycation. The location is perfect and the rooftop bar is probably the best one in town. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

I liked the Location. Nice places to eat and very walkable. Hotel is not worth $ 100.00 A NIGHT HOLDING FEE. WE WERE THERE 5 DAYS $500.00 HELD I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO CLEAR BEING HELD. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. TRY OMNI ONLY $100.00 HOLDING FEE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY ! WE VISITED IT. NEXT TRIP TO CHARLOTTE WE WILL STAY AT THE OMNI LOTS OF STORES INSIDE THE HOTEL. I have stayed there many times however now they have a policy of not valeting trucks!!! The guy at the valet called the manager about it and the manager wouldn’t even come down to look at what was going on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be going back.

This was a very nice hotel and the front desk staff Angel (not sure if I said that right) was super sweet and nice when I checked in. The restaurant located in the hotel was even better and convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Charlotte. Cons: I never got housekeeping services not sure if it is because I stayed for two nights
