This property was nothing but a bait and switch. Besides the marijuana smoke clouds throughout, the listing mentioned a pool which was out of order. The listing mentioned a business center which didn’t exist. There’s a gazebo in the courtyard wrapped with caution tape. The only ice machine that works is on the 6th floor. Not to mention the hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. I’ve been traveling close to 40 years and this has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Save your money!!!

First, upon arrival we had to wait on Front Desk to find ink for printer. After, getting room key and proceeding to room and stepping off elevator there was little to no lightning in the hallways. After exiting and walking the non lit hallways, my Husband and I thought we were literally a part of the television show...The First 48!!! This is how spooky the hallway was along with scratched up doors and walls along the path to our room. We went back down and asked for a room and floor change and was told there was no available rooms only if we had pets. After going out and getting back in the room, based on the pword given we weren't able to connect to Wi-Fi at all. We went back down and was told that within 10 mins we would be connected. We asked again about a room change and the guy at the desk advised that we were lied to because there were plenty rooms available. As of check-out today, Sept 15th @ 11am we were never given another room on a different floor or provided access to the internet. I have NEVER stayed at a Wyndam Facility in the many years as I have and experienced this inconsiderate behavior. Going forward I will be doing business with another chain of lodging when I am traveling if this problem isn't rectified to my satisfaction!!!

Checked out early after one night and checked into a different hotel for the remainder of our stay in Charlotte. I am 100% disgusted that I even I had to pay for one night. Numerous items in the room were broken and inoperable, all facilities were filthy, the eating area and food serving station were unsanitary, and we fell ill after eating breakfast. A full refund of the hotel would be greatly appreciated.

Staff were friendly and nice. Hotel is disgusting. My husband described the 4th floor as the bottom of a birdcage. Filthy carpets. Trash sitting out next to the elevator. Bathroom mold and grout missing. We didnt have the included breakfast - if the place is dirty, I don't trust that the kitchen is clean. I DON'T RECOMMEND.

While my room was decently clean and well kept, this property definitely needs some work. Stains on the carpets, scuffed and damaged walls, broken lights, you name it. This property's saving grace was the staff - everyone I interacted with was lovely and helpful. For one night, it was fine, but I wouldn't plan on staying here very long.

Staff at desk did not confirm my ID when I needed my key reactivated and I felt as though anyone could say they were in my room and have their card activated as such. Facilities are outdated, carpeting in my room had many dark stains and the shower was uncleanly. I was told that this hotel apparently wasn’t in a good area (after arriving) and I did not feel safe as a younger female traveling alone.
