Amazing stay

We stayed the night there after the Metallica concert on May 31. This place had the total set up. They even had the path marked to get to the train station that took us to the stadium. The staff were completely helpful on every question we had. Very amazing. On top of that they had the best rate when I booked. If I ever need to spend time in Charlotte again….they will definitely get my business.

Great central location, staff was fantastic, room was clean, very nice renovated older hotel, BUT, no breakfast, coffee only. our room was missing drinking cups, tissues, soaps. Not a big deal but attention to detail was a little lacking.

Convenient to restaurants, and the metro. It is an upscale hotel renovated not long ago. I remember staying there years ago when it was Four Points. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We rented a suite and it was perfect for four people. It had a king bed with a pull-out sofa. Two big screen TV's and a walk in shower. I ask for a handicap room because I have limited mobility. It was great for us. If you are going to the BOA Stadium, a short walk to the Metro, 7 or 8 stops, and you are there within an 8 minute walk. $4 Round Trip. The staff were super friendly and helpful!!
