This is review for the room, property, property management, and Orbitz. All horrible. Staff was not friendly at check in, okay, whatever. Room was not very clean, but the worst part of the long black hairs on the walls of the shower, could not use the shower. I went to the front desk and they deferred to Orbitz and did not even offer an apology or a work around, just dimissed me. Orbitz immediately said talk to the property manager. Over a week later and Orbitz Travel Team has done NOTHING. Akash V, Mohan S, and Krizia A.(mnlkabando), all did NOTHING to fix this. This is the future of Customer Services, send it off shore, and toss it around until the customer gives up.

Staff and housekeeping were wonderful, the checkout staff needs improvement, no need trying to show dominance while looking at a watch telling guest to leave or pay a deposit even while loading their vehicles. A bit to dramatic and aggressive.

Great place to recover from surgery at Kannapolis Medical which is minutes away. Clean, quiet and easy access to rooms on the first floor. Staff is kind and hard working. Mall and many restaurants nearby so hubby didn’t get bored. it all worked out great!

Staff was nice, room was decent, breakfast ended early so I didn’t get a chance to try it. Parking is cool, neighborhood seems decent. Heard a lot of busses passing through since there’s a hub right there but nothing too crazy. Front desk made extending fairly easy no complaints.

My only complaints was breakfast was bare bones, yogurt and plain waffles, but I don't care that much, as well as I wished the shower floor had a non slip coating. But, hotel was clean, comfy, ac was cold when I needed it to be, the shower was hot when I needed it to be. I would stay again. Killer deal.
