The property was very clean 👌 the beds were really small but very comfortable 👌 and great customer service until the day of checkout. For example. Just seconds before i was checking out there was another customer checking out and i could hear there conversation as it got heated between the clark at the desk and the men was checking out from the room that was just next to where i was staying. I can see from when i awake one morning and come from my room. There were two or three towels lying outside of the door next to my door with blood on them. And i had wondered what had happened. Turns out that the lady that was staying in the room next to me some how had been injured on the leg and bleeding. The man used two or look like three of the towels for the lady injury. The clark told the occupant with the stain towels that he could not get his deposit back because the bloody towels would have to be discussed. That was the worst thing I could have heard. I was livid with disbelief. But i just listened because as they argued i couldn't checkout. So the person talking to the clark ask to speak to a manager. The clark called a person on the phone who told him to give the man his deposit. The clark returned the deposit but told the man that the next time he is there no matter what happens if a towel has blood and must be thrown out he would not get back his deposit. I was in disbelief. That was the only bad thing i can say about my stay there. I am afraid to go back there because
Very old hotel that had been made to look much nicer in the photos. Our feet were higher than our head in our bed, and the room reaked of cigarette smoke. Do evidence of bugs and it was decently clean, but it was definitely not the stay we were expecting.
It was an overall okay stay but one of the very old style hotels I actually didn't think was around anymore. Drink machine didn't work. Very close to a lot of food places, great choices!!

Was definitely disappointed. The front desk clerk was pretty rude from the beginning. 300 cash deposit was a little insane considering the overall environment. My room type that I requested got switched up because I had a service pet (that I had to pay a fee for).
First, the room was to non smoking but the smell of smoke was evident. They gave me another room without argument. I was satisfied with that. Unfortunately, the toilet was not working properly. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was not working. I walked to the front office to get assistance. I was told by the manager that the toilets are new and that too much tissue must have used and that I need to plunge it. The manager told the worker who had assisted earlier with the room change to get me a plunger which was in another room. I followed the worker out thinking that he would plunge the toilet. He told me that he was not coming to my room and then asked me if I wanted the plunger or not. He told me he is not maintenance and then went on to tell me that I could leave if I wanted.
As a paying customer, I expect all things to be in proper working order and if they are not, the business needs to rectify it.
I will absolutely not stay there again and recommend no one else does. THEY DO NOT care about your business!!!
The property had high reviews. However was lucky to be average. Room had an odd odor, breakfast was served 6-9 - we arrived at 8:40 and was sternly greeted that “everything would be put away in 20 minutes… no exceptions “
