This is review for the room, property, property management, and Orbitz. All horrible. Staff was not friendly at check in, okay, whatever. Room was not very clean, but the worst part of the long black hairs on the walls of the shower, could not use the shower. I went to the front desk and they deferred to Orbitz and did not even offer an apology or a work around, just dimissed me. Orbitz immediately said talk to the property manager. Over a week later and Orbitz Travel Team has done NOTHING. Akash V, Mohan S, and Krizia A.(mnlkabando), all did NOTHING to fix this. This is the future of Customer Services, send it off shore, and toss it around until the customer gives up.
