Never will visits again!!

Very rude front desk staff, over charged my card and told me if I used a different card next time this wouldn’t happen. Called me 4 different times at 7am to tell me the card I used had declined after payment was already taken from my bank! The people at the front desk barely spoke English and kept saying call the bank call the bank. I still have pended charges they are refusing to close so my money can be refunded. Idk if it’s a hotels.com thing but I always have issues with the hotels from here

We reserved 2 rooms through hotels.com We were advised at the front desk we could only get one room. We were advised hotels.com only reserved one room for us instead of two Upon checking out, they FOUND the 2 reserved rooms and wanted to charge us for 2 rooms intead of one
