Stay away!
The room was decent but the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been touched. My lady wanted to take a bath after a long day of walking around in Charlotte but that was a no.. there were no other rooms available.. I wanted to cancel and stay somewhere else. I wished consumers had more rights when it comes to hotel service. Also the weed smoke was unbearable at 3 am.. it’s not their fault for that.

The city view room was absolutely beautiful!! The room was nice but the fridge didn't get cold and the shower would either be scorching hot or freezing cold. couldn't find a comfortable medium. I wish I had known they had an indoor pool too but I didn't see that anywhere before I checked in.

First time staying in Charlotte! The room was suppose to be smoke free but smelled terrible of smoke. Bathroom tile was awful. It’s a disgrace that you pay the price you pay for the hotel and then have to pay parking to stay there. I found the same hotel the next day and same room was $100 less and they would not guarantee the price. I have stayed at Sheratons in other states and they have been great! I am also a Marriott member.

The bald, black gentleman who is the nighttime concierge is amazing. I forgot his name(maybe Ignacio) but he was there Thursday-Saturday night/morning and was the most accommodating concierge I could ever ask for. I would come stay again just because of him And the magnificent bars that are offered on property.

old, tired, dirty and poorly maintained room!!!
we booked the Sheraton based to convienence and price, as we wanted to be downtown and yet close to the Avon Auditorium for a show. I tend not to ask for a nice room and boy do I wish I did, the hotel has 3 out of 4 sides with an unemcumbered view, we ended up getting stuck with a room that faces the wall of the Le Meridien, hence NO nice view. Our room looked old, tired and a bit dirty, worn carpet, the sheer curtains were slightly yellowed and not completely attached. The bathroom was even worse, frosting on door to bathroom scratched/stain and gross, the clothes hook was loose and hanging from one screw, bottom trim missing and caked up with grossness. It's hard to feel safe, clean and sanitary sitting on the toliet looking at that door. There was more signs of lack of maintenance, but I just covered what were the big ones to us!!! Somebody at Sheraton needs to fix this if they ever want us to trust Sheraton again!!!
