The woman at the front was not friendly at all. I absolutely hate dealing with people in customer service who don’t like customer service. When I first arrived to check in no one was at the desk so I stood & waited. She finally walked up & just stood & looked at me. She never greeted me. We stood & stared at one another until I finally said im here to check in. She printed two keys & gave me them. She didn’t know explain anything about the hotel, breakfast, welcome me or anything. 20 minutes later I came back to the front desk b/c my key would not work for the side door. Outside was freezing and my room was right next to the side door entrance. I dod not want to keep walking from the side all the way to the main entrance in the cold. When she saw me she let out the loudest sigh like I was harassing her for coming to the front. She told me she doesn’t know what to say because the keys are registered to open the side doors. Just very unhelpful.

The property is rather run down. Once you hit the hallway all you could smell was weed. We spotted roaches crawling on the wall and behind the mirror on the wall so we left.

Thanksgiving Stay
The room was very clean! I like the size of the TV. However, the phone did not work which we needed to use for service and the radio clock wasn't working which we use to keep up with the time. The room above us had kids so they jumped and ran all night and we could hardly sleep. The best part about this stay was the cleanliness of the room!

Very Nice Hotel
I was very pleased with the professional customer service we received. We were greeted promptly and made feel welcome. I was very surprised of the security deposit required at check-in. This was not explained doing booking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the TV was so small, breakfast was the usual fare. I'd recommend this hotel.

My husband and I planned to stay for 2 nights. The first night we could bit sleep due to loud disturbances in the room above us. My husband called the front desk and nothing was done. He then went to the front desk and the receptionist went to the room above us and atated they found no issues. My husband invited into our room so they could hear how loud it was. The receptionist stated there wasnt much that could be done. Keep in mind, these loud noises went on from 12am-3am. Around 8am we were then woken by very loud housekeeping laughing wnd carrying on in the hall. The next night, the same loudness upstairs started. My husband called fhe front desk...no answer...went to the front desk, nobody was there. We waited and the commotion got louder. My husband was finally able to get in touch with the receptiionist and she stated there was nothing she could do. After another impending night of no sleep...we packed up our bags and drove home. Never again will we stay here. Room was nice and bed was comfy but that was of no use to us because we were unable to rest.

My room was by the interstate and it was very loud. I didn’t sleep well the first night. I was so tired the second night I sleep sound and didn’t hear it until the next morning when I went to the bathroom. Overall it was a very nice place. I will probably stay here again next year.
