checked in and the front desk night shift manager was rude. Got to my room and it was so smelly it was un bareable. complained and she handed me carpet fress and told me I could come back for the vacuum. I had no choice but to stay. so unloaded everything. She comes and gets me and demanded her air freshner and advised she would put me in a hand cap room. I said dang wish i had known before unloading. She rudely said well you complained and asked to move. I advised oh i def want to move. We get in the room dr hangle broke on bathroom door. shower wand has duck tap. At this point i have no options. So my go to front desk and ask for blankets and sheets for the sleep sofa. She states oh we dont give those out and I have no more anyway. Then next morning i go to make coffee and there is part of the coffee maker missing. Go to front desk again and get told we cant help you with it now. House keeping manager did all she could to fix this. I get home and find out the charged my credit card rather than pending it for depost. I have continusly called the property to be told no manage on property, left on hold for 30 mins conferneced a second call for the front desk person to tell me Oh i was finishing my work. She has no clue when there will be a manager.

The property and the room was fine. Our problem was with the person (Carmella) who checked us in. When we arrived at 3:30 pm, no one was at the front desk. We waited a few minutes, and Carmella came out from a room behind the desk. She did not greet us, did not smile, did not say a word. Just stood there and looked at us. I asked if she would be checking us in and she said yes. No other words. I commented that I had expected her to greet us, or welcome us. Nothing. She proceeded to check us in, with a minimum of interaction. She obviously can talk, as she answered her cell phone and talked to someone on that phone for most of the time she was checking us in. Very rude and unprofessional. The next morning, there was another very friendly, professional woman at the desk. She greeted us when we went to breakfast, we weren't even at the front desk! This is the type of employee you want, not Carmella.

The motel over booked and was told i was upgraded to another room with 2 king beds when i booked one king bed but it was actually 2 doubles not enough room to share a bed with my significant other. The sofa was stained bad in the suit. The carpets were dirty. The whole hall and room smelled bad. The lower floors spelled like cannabis.

My sheets were filthy and when I called down to get new ones, I discovered that my room phone was not working. The whole place had a run down feel to it. Would not stay here again.
