Great hotel

This is a great hotel. We stay here every time we are in Charlotte. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and the employees are friendly. The only thing i miss is the full free breakfast. The breakfast is now muffins, yogurt, bagels, and coffee. You can pay extra for other items. Overall a great hotel, close to the interstate. We will continue to stay there.

It's winter and you expect a building to be warm. They had no heat on the individual floors. The room itself took forever to heat up. None of the rooms have microwaves or coffee makers. You have to go down to the lobby to hear up your dinner. In the single microwave. I paid the same price as I would for a regular hotel room. I will bit stay at a Spark hotel again.
