Desk person did not offer to help us because she was leaving in two hours. We request a wake up call she did not do it. Requested information about Taxi service. She said call in two hours when someone can help you. It was 9:30 PM with a 2:30 wake up time and she expected us to stay up to find help. Terrible hospitality.

Clean. Spacious. Cose to the theme park. I liked that it had free breakfast and the night bar. The only down was the entrance is dark and spooky. Wemissedi twice and had to go around the theme park and back. The gps also throws you behind Cabela's which has an old blocked road

It was very convenient to get to the park. My grandson enjoyed sitting outside and watching the roller coasters. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy. Parking was easy and lighted. Breakfast was good but needed some sweet rolls or muffins as limited. Did not like the toilet being separate as no where to sit to take off clothes or put them on. Found that strange. Will be back.

We ended up needing a late check-in (after midnight) and arrived roadworn and weary. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a split toilet and bath so that morning routines can be overlapped. Breakfast was a typical non-kitchened affair with buffet eggs, waffles, and sausage. There were also yogurt and cereals. Don’t come for the breakfast. The dining area is open and pleasant and a good spot to have a meeting. We’ll definitely save this one as an option for future Charlotte trips!

Nice staff. Nice property. Room was nice but not real clean. The carpet was pretty dirty and the bathtub was in desperate need to be replaced.
