We decided to stay here again because we’d stayed years ago for shopping, etc. We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Our first room was dirty. The wallpaper was flapping in the wind from the air unit. The corners of the ceilings and around the floor appeared to have water damage. The toilet actually stopped working, so we had to switch rooms for the 2nd night. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We won’t be staying here again unless they do a serious remodel.

We got to the hotel late after a sports event, and we had reserved two rooms. When we wanted to check in, we were told the hotel was fully booked and they only had one room for us. The lady at the check-in desk didn’t really apologize, find any solution or offer any alternative. Half of our party had to scramble to find another hotel 1 hour away, wit small kids. Terrible experience.

This property was in a great location. Convenient to food, shopping, entertainment and other venues. Easy access to the highway and short distance to the uptown city. I would recommend this property. My wife and I had a room with a comfortable king suite with a refrigerator. There was a nice size bathroom with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
