Most excellent when you get the *manager's special from the rental car company which is the EV they try and upsell you from but your wife gives you "the look" so you deal with the "range anxiety" and guess what? U get a nice destination charger and get to leave every time juiced to go.

I’ve stayed here last year and it was amazing! This year was just ok. Breakfast was not as good as last year, by far. There was a loud neighbor banging on a door at 5 am trying to get into her room.

The pool is open!!
We chose this hotel because it was close to Carowinds, but cheaper than the other SpringHills on the Carowinds grounds. It was perfect! Breakfast was tasty. The room was in great condition. Nice and spacious. And the best news was when we came back to get our suits to go to the waterpark on Monday, the pool had finally opened, so we skipped the waterpark and enjoyed the pool all to yourselves.

We booked this hotel based on the fact that it had a pool. Advertised amenities weren’t available - we requested to move to a different property with an open pool and management refused. The exterior of the building is not in great condition (damaged fire pit area etc). Our room was a king with sofa bed booked for 2 adults and 2 children. There were no linens for the sofa or pull out bed. Initially we were told the hotel was full and none were available. We eventually got some from the front desk but it took forever. I absolutely do not recommend this property.

The first day we got there the room was not clean thoroughly, it was food and a top off a deodorant was left by the garbage. The letout did not have sheets and if you want to know whats going on on your floor, you hear everything, it would be nice if the walls were sound proof as much as you pay. 2nd night someone on the next floor was stomping, I called the service desk, and the woman acted like she didnt want to inform them, so around 2am, the stomping persist. Never again will I stay in a Marriott hotel. A wasted vacation. Thanks Springhill suites for a unpleasant stay.
