This Hotel is very tired. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. The hotel room Smelled Musty and was just sad. The bed was supposed to be a Queen bed, and it was a smaller bed.. would neve stay here again

I enjoyed my stay, but I felt that for one night was a bit overpriced. I probably won’t be coming back. Again nothing against the staff by any means, everyone was great! Just the price wasn’t worth it for one night.

My sister and I were in Charlotte attending a soccer match at the Bank of America stadium. I chose The Dunhill based on the location to the stadium (0.8 miles) and previous ratings. From my first phone call inquiring about parking (they valet for a modest fee) to check out, everything was top notch in customer service. The Dunhill was an elegant and intimate hotel. Jeanna was especially impressive and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the 10th floor with gorgeous city views. The room was impeccable and thankfully quiet. If I stay in Charlotte again, there is no question, I will make reservations to stay at The Dunhill again!

The hotel staff was really lovely. It was great to be able to grab a snack or chilled water in the lobby at any time. I especially appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a red eye. Nice touch there! Thank you!
