This hotel was a great find! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and small gestures such a high quality ear plugs on the night stand ensured that we slept great even in a busy downtown area. Really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the facility.

The hotel was excellent! The hotel is lovely, and so are the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and updated. There were numerous extras, like a small bottle of Prosecco in your room and water bottles by your table. The person who checked us in was very friendly and had numerous suggestions for things to do in the area, as well as a great casual restaurant for dinner. I would highly recommend the hotel. The only negative is that numerous homeless people in the area approach you during the evening and ask for money. They are not dangerous or aggressive, but it's different if you're not used to them.

The parking service that the hotel sell to another company ( big mistake never give away your clients),send you at your telephone a lot of wrong messages. You can try to stop this...IMPOSSIBLE....this is NOT hospitality, for me it was harassment, and you pay for that! Will never go back to Ivey's.

AMAZING hotel and incredible staff! This hotel is so beautiful and unique and we loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. One of our new favorites! Don't miss this one if you're in Charlotte. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made for a fantastic weekend! We will be back!

I had an excellent stay at The Ivey’s Hotel. The room was gorgeous, the bathroom was spotless & the service was so great I didn’t want to leave! It’s in walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Keep in mind that it’s in the heart of Uptown and the noise from the street is audible at night. I’m from the city so I wasn’t bothered. I can’t wait to visit again very soon! (I refuse to stay anywhere else.)

Wonderful weekend getaway
One of the nicest hotels I stayed in. All staff was great. Even switched rooms after check in because I wanted a bathtub room and they did it within a few minutes without any fuss. Great for a weekend getaway or any stay.
