The room was great and the little amenities like the roll on essential roll was lovely. The parking situation is a challenge because the structure is super tight and confusing but whatever. It’s more in a central business district type location so it’s not walkable to a ton of local spots but renting a scooter made all the difference. Easy to walk to the Whole Foods which is great. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed here one night for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. Valet was closed because of the vast amount of people checking in, but it wasn’t a big deal to self park. The hotel was totally packed because of the show, so there were lines to get on the elevator, long waits at the restaurants, etc. But considering the crowds, the staff handled things well. They went out of their way to accommodate us or give us alternate options. After the concert when the crowds were especially large, they opened the service elevator to help move people more quickly which I appreciated. The only constructive feedback I have is to have more staff and stay open a bit later after the concert. There were signs for pizza until midnight after the show, but the lines were so long that they sold out before a lot of people could get food. The front desk has some shelf stable snacks (chips, cookies) and cold drinks for sale which was very much appreciated!
