The room was nice and clean. However; room key was deactivated and it took 15 minutes to get someone to front desk to fix. Also checking out at 6:30am. Took an additional 10 to get someone to check me out.

Consumer Beware!
The elevator didn’t work upon arrival had to carry all items up 4 flights of stairs. Stairwell smelled horrible, The bed had stains and looked unsanitary. I literally slept in my clothes and only utilized the top THIN comforter sheet. However, if this is a stay longer then 3days buy or bring your own sheets they have everything as if an apartment the washer and dryer worked great and all appliances where up to date. Personally I wouldn’t rebook.

Could be good but needs better cleaning service.
Overall, the place appeared well kept, but when I pulled back the covers on the bed, they had clearly been remade and had already been slept in, and there was hair everywhere on the sheets. The pillow cases looked clean. The toilet and vanity were clean, but the shower was disgusting. It's like the cleaning staff only hit the toilet and vanity. The furniture was also in rough shape. I was only there one night and I was exhausted so I just slept on top of the covers in my clothes. I wouldn't stay here again. There were also stains on the furniture and stuck stuff on the table. I won't be staying here again.

They called me at the very last minute as I was driving into town (after a 7 hour drive) to advise they did not have any rooms available. They did not hold my reservation but obviously gave it to someone else. I've never experienced this on Expedia before. They said Expedia did not confirm the reservation with the hotel. They did not explain why they were calling me at the last minute. I had to scramble and book another hotel as I arrived in Charlotte.

Two bed, two bath with kitchen and living area was affordable and good for one night stay after concert at Bank of America. Short uber ride to downtown which was very convenient. Clean and simple stay.

From the moment that I walked up to the front desk, I felt an uneasy feeling. It took 30 minutes for a front desk clerk to come to the desk for check in. During that time, my observations of the hotel made me feel unsafe. When the clerk came to the desk, I asked to cancel my reservation.
