OK Stay

Loved the convenient location, the room layout and free parking. The room was not fully clean when I arrived. Although the property is non smoking, my room reeked of smoke necessitating that I wash everything upon return home. Hallways were dirty.

The front staff was very polite and helpful. The facility was dirty, room had bad order, stains on furniture, refrigerator did not work, midfle bedroom door did not close due to placement of the bed

The property is conveniently located and offers rare two bedroom accommodations with washer dryer in room. However the room lacked a functional hairdryer, had a pillow missing and limited lightweight bedding such that the room was too cold at night. Additionally, a prior guests property was found in the room.

This property had children running through it and smelled horribly. The room had lots of damage and was not clean. I paid for the reservation through Expedia when booking. Provided a credit card at check in for the required incidental deposit of $100 in which the $100 hold would be reversed upon check out. I was charged $133 which was never returned. Can’t get anyone on the phone to explain that to me. There were NO damages to the room that occurred while we were there. Expedia is trying to get in contact with the property and having difficulty as well.

Not at all what we expected. Dirty rooms and poor property maintenance. We needed to switch rooms and the second room wasn't much better. First room was dirty, trash can had trash, tv on and bed not totally made up. Second room had trash bags outside (woke-up to that too), and a large panel on the wall leading to the a/c unit opened up and not able to close.

Our shower doors did not work, there was no dispenser for shampoo or conditioner and after asking 2x we were told the “hotel was out of shampoo”, making it seem like the worker just did not want to look for us. We went to an open next door room and took the shampoo out of that bathroom instead. The floor had previous guests hair scattered around, and we never received new towels or linens after 3 nights stay. Overall the hotel room felt very dirty.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel

Do not book here unless you're willing to risk a cancellation. They will accept your booking and take your payment but will cancel your reservation if someone already staying at the hotel asks to extend their stay. They also don't call or notify you of the cancellation, so once you drive 6 hours with your small children in the car you get there only to find out you have no where to stay and they will do absolutely nothing to help you. The front desk person assured me they had processed my refund, but now it's 3 days later and I had to call them back only to find out that was not correct and they never planned to give me my money back. 0/10, will never book with a WaterWalk again.

I don’t know who to blame management for not checking the upkeep of this location was the workers for not doing their job. when I checked in, got to the room did a walk-through dishes were left in the dishwasher while checking the bedding I found cigarette burn on the comforter I asked for them to bring up another comforter they brought me a damp one and asked me to dry it the next morning, the stairwell had pee on the steps and on the floor and read the groundsmen are not paying attention to cars, part or the conditions of the ground trash was left by the door stained sidewalks. Trash in the parking lot broke down cars, unattended shower, head, mold the hall on different days smell like either cigarettes or weed I hate to say it, but they need to start over with the staff. I will never come back to this location.

Not Kid Friendly

Probably not the best place you'd want to stay if you have kids. There is no pool on the property, and there was always someone in the parking lot smoking marijuana. The room itself was clean, and the staff was friendly. It served its purpose for my family for a 2 night stay, and if I had not already paid for the stay, I would have gone to another hotel. Not the worst hotel Ive stayed at, but I would not go back.
