The room was infested with bugs to the point where I had to leave a day early! I killed about 15 to 20 bugs in the room. I even moved the comforter and had bugs in the bed.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice amenities. Located at a crazy busy exit off the interstate which is nice if you are looking for places to eat and shop. High traffic area though. My one complaint is the parking. There was one night I had to park on in a poorly lit spot on the back/side because there were several work trucks (with people in them) camped out all over the lot in prime spots. Not hotel guests, just workers on their breaks or wasting time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wingate by Wyndham Charlotte Speedway/Concord, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for—comfortable bedding, a modern bathroom, and a peaceful atmosphere that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to kickstart my day. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, especially for NASCAR fans or anyone visiting the Charlotte Motor Speedway. It’s also close to great dining and shopping options, which made exploring the area a breeze. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from local recommendations to accommodating special requests. I will probably not used Expedia again because I trusted the reviews for this hotel and it was awful despite getting great reviews. Staff was rude and did not care. The first room they put us in had a burned out light in the bathroom, the toilet was broken and the shower drain did not drain. They put us in another room where everything worked but it was old, dirty, and very out of date. Lastly, we stayed on the 3rd and 2nd floors and I can tell you this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not recommend!
