Room needed paint and new carpet. Bathroom was marginal as far as cleanliness. Had to ask for more towels whenever I needed them. Free breakfast was really not good. Coffee was good, though. People working at the front desk were nice.

We were disappointed that the pool was not available to use. Also our room had a few minor issues; the mattress was not placed on the frame correctly, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken and there were no washcloths.

As always, staff members on all the shifts are friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. This is a great accessible room that meets or exceeds all omy wheelchair needs in regard to the bathroom and having enough space to navigate the whole room.

They had everything you could want in a good hotel. We really appreciated the number of outlets near the bed for all of our chargers. It would be nice if the breakfast was available up to 10:00 am. Not everyone on vacation are early risers. Having the indoor pool available would also be appreciated.

We were very disappointed that the breakfast didn’t open till 6:30am, this was one of the reasons we chose this place. We were traveling and wanted to be on the road by 6:15. I suggest you could at least have coffee for early risers. For this reason I will not return.
