Mattress wrapped in plastic, couch sagging with signs of duct tape residue, rust on refrigerator door, drunks singing all night long, Paper thin walls, child running back and forth above us, cigarette burns on toilet seat. Bed was mattress wet no box spring on metal black frame. Only positive was friendly staff.

Bugs everywhere. On the bed, in the drawers, crawling up the wall, etc. We told an employee and they attempted to give us a new room. This room was worse than the one before. We had to drive six hours back home in the middle of the night and did not receive a refund.

The hallways & stairwells smelled like urine & wet dog. There was pet hair all over the halls. Inside & outside smelled like marijuana. If you used the side door you had to walk through a cloud of smoke. We stayed for 3 weeks & they never cleaned once although they charged extra for cleaning. We went out of town for a weekend and after the front desk staff saw us leave they immediately went into our room (we had a trail cam set up). My husband called & asked why they were in our room & they said monthly inspection. We hadn’t been there a month. If they do so called inspections then why don’t they clean. My husband requested housekeeping service & they still never came. We had to was the towels & bedding ourselves.

Like staying at Spirit Airlines

Charged for any type of kitchen utensils even though room came with a kitchen. If you accidentally hit the elevator button twice or the hold button incorrectly you may be charged with elevator repairs. The room was clean and spacious, but wouldn't stay here again.
