Staff was great. Very professional. Easy check in. Comfy beds but only 1 pillow per person. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Room had kitchenette but nothing in it. No cups or anything. Room was clean.

The room was equipped with a small kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave, sink, and stove. Our room was easily accessible. The hotel was 8 to 10 mins from the airport. The front desk clerk was attentive, kind, respectful, courteous, and helpful. Our stay was uneventful and quiet.

For starters the room wasn’t cleaned properly the fridge had left over food. Then when I used a card to purchase something from the hotel laundry service, after I checked out they charged my card 98.69$ and when I called they said will give you a call back then they stopped answering my phone calls. I had to call corporate for them to tell me” management failed to explain the charge and it was a fraudulent charge and they will refund me the money , be safe and check your cards after you leave.

The rooms were newly renovated which was great but the cable type service was awful. The security with the keys did not work for the room doors a lot of times and access to the front door for troubleshooting was very limited!
