Great New Hotel but not at the location

The hotel is brand new on located at 1555 W Arrowhead Rd and not near IKEA. Look at this location and not what it says online to get the correct placement. It is a decent place to stay with all new fixtures. The rooms are spacious, but there are few frills. We didn't use the kitchenette area. The room smelled of marijuana, and the walls/floors were thin. Our neighbors upstairs were heavy walkers, stayed up till after 1, and were up by 8. You get what you pay for, but the area was quiet and safe, with dining options a short drive away.

The address shown is not correct. Either that or maps has not updated. Very noisy, seems like the walls are thin considering I could hear the folks above me getting it on. One of the days, there was no hot water while I showered. Also noticed a car with a busted out window, which led me to believe that it’s possible cars aren’t safe there. So I made sure to park where the cameras had a view.

It's a new hotel so everything is fresh and clean. It's a nice area to get away. Love the amenties and the full size kitchen. The bathroom was nicd and clean. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Newly built location

The location is not what is displayed on the hotels app. The actual location of the Arrowood hotel is 1625 Deboer Ave, Charlotte, NC 28273. Overall stay was good, I would come back again, and the front desk person named Eddie had amazing customer service

The size of room was perfect for 2 people. New hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was a little busy when we arrived but staff was very nice ! They also have a nice small gym. No breakfast only coffee. It is a 15+min drive to the city in Charlotte. I would stay here again. I would suggest you bring your own hair dryer .

I was extremely disappointed to show up at the hotel given the directions I had based on the location I selected only to be sent to another location 20 minutes away! The fortunate part was the new location was brand new and had just opened! The drive to go to my pre planned location was a big problem.
