The hotel has only been newly remodeled for 7 weeks the bed is very high the keys did not work the hotel staff walked us to our room to make sure the second set of keys work that was very nice. The water dripped in the shower the whole time. I would definitely stay there again they have a little bit to work out since it is 100% newly remodeled the lady that helped us was very nice

This hotel has been remodeled very nicely and provides excellent value compared to other prices in the Pantops area. I was very pleased with the stay and recommend others to choose the value of this property.

Didn’t get a chance to stay. My power went out at my home and needed a place to stay just one night until power came back on. My wife and daughter and I booked on hotels.com and just went to check in, explained our situation and was rudely turned away because they say their policy doesn’t accept locals. Even with our circumstance we were told we can’t stay and now I’m out of 140$ and still had to book another hotel that gladly accommodated us for the night in the same area!

Rooms werent ready umtil 5pm. Smelled like smoke and carpet were filthy. They painted over water damage and there are exposed wired coming from the wall. I left and didnt stay there. Didnt even touch the bed. Highly not recommend.

Nice and quiet.
Just a quick overnight stay. Super easy check-in, very friendly staff (she let me borrow her readers), comfortable bed and good shower. I heard zero road or parkinglot noise all night. Nice and quiet.

There was so much dirt on the air conditioning vent I had to clean it so that we weren’t breathing in dirty air all night. The bathroom fan was caked with dust. Caked! The mini fridge cabinet hadn’t been dusted in years. That’s no exaggeration. The phone to call the front desk had crud and dust where the phone sits in the cradle. They say all surfaces are sanitized. I highly doubt that. It’s pretty hard to sanitize something while leaving the dust behind! I felt very uncomfortable staying there. My shoes were on at all times because it was obvious the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in awhile either. Just gross.

The managers were very professional. The people at the front desk were polite. The room smelled like a sweaty sneaker. Turning on the AC let loose a blast of moldy air. The carpet was rank. Yuck!

Not horrible, but not wonderful.....
Staff were helpful and nice. Patrick the owner was very friendly, we spoke on our departure. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Disappointed the pool was not open, wish we would have known, great if there was a note on the reservation page.The room had a "stale" odor and needs some updating and fine tuning.

The room appeared clean and comfortable although we did experience a problem with ants. The pool was closed which was very disappointing in 81 degrees. Breakfast was poor. If rooms are not serviced daily we needed more than 2 sachets of coffee! The reception desk was friendly but we didn’t see any cleaning staff during our 2 night stay.
