THIN WALLS! New construction. No privacy from room to room. Had to be moved because another guest was blasting their TV well after 10pm and wouldn’t turn it down. Front desk moved us to another room. It was quiet for one night. The third night someone was in the room next to us and we could hear EVERYTHING. Their laughing, tv , bumping around, etc. Would have been a 5 star Comfort Inn stay otherwise. Seems like the newer build hotels skimp on sound insulation from room to room. :( Do better Comfort Inn.

Nice clean hotel. Front desk people could be a little friendlier but not awful. Breakfast was ok. Surrounding area seemed safe. Off a highway that had lots of stores. Not necessarily walkable because on a highway. But overall I would recommend to others and would stay again next time I’m in the area.

Good location and price. Difficulty checking in due to staff’s log in issues. Finally got in. The room was good. Beds and pillows and nice. Bathroom counter didn’t look like it was cleanly wiped. Hot water faucet was broken, towel bar fell down when we tried to out a towel on it. Staff were nice though and overall facility seemed nice.

Great Value and Very Clean

A very comfortable stay just outside Charlottesville. The hotel is well-run, friendly, clean, and comfortable. Very well maintained. I found nothing lacking, and the price is quite reasonable. I will definitely stay here again while in Cville. There is a bit of road noise if your room faces Rt 29 N, but the trade-off is a lovely view of the distant hills from the third floor.
