Unbeatable location, ease of access, a beautifully appointed historical space with a large, very comfortable bed and linens. The inn had everything one could need for a short or longer term stay! Jake and the rest of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, accomodating and communicative.

What a great boutique inn located near UVA and the downtown mall in Charlottesville, VA. It's such a historic inn. The innkeeper keeps an open line of communication with you and the housekeeper does a great job keeping the inn clean and provides you with plenty of amenities. They also provide you with a delicious breakfast each morning at the restaurant attached to the inn. Great location for touring Monticello, wineries, breweries, and distilleries.

If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind place to stay filled with history and charm, this is it. It’s right in the heart of everything UVA, yet it feels like stepping back in time—without giving up any modern comforts. Jake was incredible to work with—he was flexible with our schedule, made sure we always knew where to go, and communicated better than anyone I’ve worked with before.
