Our stay overall was quite positive. There was a wasp in our room when we first arrived but the hotel staff dealt with that promptly. The rest of the stay was enjoyable. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable but good enough. There was a nice walking trail near the inn which we enjoyed and there many restaurants within five minutes of the inn which was quite convenient.

Old Meets New in a College Town
Wonderful stay with a friendly and helpful staff! Upon arrival, its Tudor-style looks so charming and inviting. I liked the nostalgic, old world entrance but appreciated the more modern, updated rooms which were very clean and sleek. I can’t wait to stay there again!

The breakfast was outstanding. The mattress could have been better. The position of the new soap dispenser was ridiculous. Who needs a soap dispenser at shoulder height that's almost off the countertop? The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was mixed. A strong scent of deodorizer at first entry made you wonder what was being covered up but the very recently remodeled bathroom was outstanding. The 11 o'clock check out was also nice.

As with other hotels we've recently stayed, miss the daily maid service. Do not like having to go get towels, kleenex, toilet paper, and get rid of my daily trash. Not in my job description when I am vacationing. The Covid period is gone and shouldn't be an excuse to not resume maid service.

Very clean and perfect for my needs
Hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean and quiet. I was in a room across from elevator and could hear it each time it moved so 'd advise asking to be away from elevator and parking lot. Some reviewers rave about the breakfast but I found it to be, at best, on the low end of average. The hotel hallways showed need of paint and the decor in lobby was dated but clean.
