It is an absolutely gorgeous inn. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The beds are little firm to my liking, but nice, clean place to stay. Has a hot breakfast with many options. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend.

The hotel on the outside and the lobby were beautiful. Our room on the other hand not so much. One cabinet in the kitchen the hinge was broken. We were missing one of the remotes for the TV in the living room got a new one downstairs only to find it the next day in the cushions on the couch (which of course if they cleaned the sofa they would have found it) there was also nasty stains on the sofa. The extra pillow they had in the closet not only had a blood stain on the pillow case but it was on the pillow itself and the bed was very hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent but our first breakfast there I got a chocolate milk out of the cooler and it was sour. Like I said the people were great and outside our room the property was beautiful. I did bring up all these things to the front desk when we left.

The room had an over abundance of lemon cleaner smell that never subsided. It felt like sleeping in a lemon pledge can. Gabe’s us mild headaches

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave great directions and suggestions for visiting areas around the Charlottesville area. The afternoon hot tea and cookies were a very nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast variety was the same every morning.

Staff- welcoming, everything very clean, neat, a little mildewy odor from air conditioner Room 224, intermittent loud engine noises but after falling asleep the noises didn't disturb, bed a bit soft. Breakfast-0】great selections. We would love to0 stay here again, but not on that side of the hotel.
