Tia who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Sean checked us out and was the same. Place was very clean. We felt safe in the area and no noisy guests either. Would always stay here.

Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable!! And big room! My only complaints are there was no soap or shampoo for shower just 1 small soap at sink. And no mirror in room just bathroom mirror! Next we could not get tv to work, it would only stay on the food network! Breakfast is virtually nothing!! So don’t book this hotel hoping for breakfast in morning unless you want something small to grab and go.

The front desk guy is very rude , we are trying to checkin and got room in 4th floor with elevator not working . They told us that they can refund and we can go and fine another room. Very Rude!!! Never recommend to anyone!

The property is a bare bones facility. You get a bed, tv, hot plate, fridge, microwave and a bathroom. For what I paid it was a good value. The issue was the Internet. It was incredibly slow. I have not had Internet that slow since dial-up. Basically if you need to work from your hotel room that is not going to happen. So if you are a work crew and just sleeping there it is fine, but if you have a job that requires you to login or do anything online you need to find another hotel.

the property appeared to be more modern than other hotels that I have been in. things were comfortable (bed, chairs) and things appeared to be in good working order, except the air conditioner had to be reset several times. food options were limited and on a "to go" basis and this was told to me when I checked in so I was not surprised.

When we walk in Sean welcomed us, introduced himself, shook our hands and told us how much he appreciated us staying there. The room was clean and comfortable. We were staying one night and traveling down further in Virginia, that evening we couldn’t find a decent hotel so we drove 60 miles back to stay another night. All of the staff was very friendly. If I go back to Virginia I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Sean for your great costumer service!
