The room was dirty!!!! Carpets were dirty, dust and lint all over the carpet and room, stains it was just dirty and very disappointing as we had no other choice for a hotel it was family weekend. I would not stay here again!

The hotel room was extremely dirty and the thermostat did not work properly, plus the fan (used for both heating and cooling was very loud). At first I was given one room, the door/room key in that room was not working, and the second room I was given had not been cleaned properly.

This is a 3-star hotel. It smells like cigarettes, doesn't offer the amenities of a 4-star hotel, the staff at the front desk was not kind or helpful. Major disappointment for the hefty price tag. Courtyard by Marriott is far nicer.
