The Omni is in a great location. Our room was lovely. We loved the hot tub/pool area. Even the room service food was good! Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the location, especially due to seeing a concert at the Paramount. The hotel comes with beautiful views. However, it’s very noisy even when not crowded. And the food was just so so. But the room was nice.

Nice area but there were quite a few homeless people walking around the mall next to the hotel. That made it uncomfortable to shop there.

Easy stay in a lovely hotel.
I was in town for one night with a friend. Everything was easy, and the customer service was excellent. Beautiful lobby and nice room! My only complaint is that the mattress was a little hard.

This was a very nice stay. Decor seems to have been recently refreshed. It felt clean and well-maintained. Lovely bar area and atrium. We did a buffet breakfast which included a fresh omelette ordered from the kitchen. Great staff everywhere. The only issue was what we figured out was a noisy elevator machine room near our room. We could hear a mechanical sound like a car running, then a squeaking (loud) like an old door opening. Fortunately there wasn’t much elevator traffic late at night. We put our phone white noise on. Room was 624, so I recommend moving before you settle in if you are near the machine room. Otherwise a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Omni. The completed renovation has remade the lobby into a wonderful cocktail lounge. They have a quick service area in the morning for Expresso and pastries and a full service restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner.
