Parking is not very convenient (even if I wam willing to pay $25 for valet parking, it doesn't seem to be able to handle many customers.) The music was loud on the roof until 10pm on week days (12 for weekends?) I think they should spell it out clearly what to expect. Other than the two points above, we are very happy with it.

Boutique Chic hotel with perfect location!! While the hallways may appear plane & empty, the hotel lobby is sleek with lots of sitting areas to enjoy a drink and relax. Our room was spacious and cute. Additionally, I had a wonderful customer service experience- close to midnight I realized I did not receive a reminder to expended my parking time and the person via chat was very friendly, helpful & quick to respond and my issue was taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay
The property is unassuming. Its gorgeous inside. Its large and in charge and it has a nice gallery including local art in the basement. I dont think the Doyle alone in this, but I think a lot of service industries could use some Transgender awareness education for welcoming Trans guests. Otherwise, we stayed in a nice suite and it had its own balcony with a great view of the mountains and sunset.
